Our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties quickly and fairly. We will do this by monitoring all complaints and suggestions to help us identify what is going wrong and how we can improve.

Our complaint procedures cover all aspects of our services including:

  • Registration and creation of a profile.
  • Searches for other members.
  • Subscriptions.
  • Your correspondence with other members through our web site.
  • Our general support of customers.

If you have a complaint about another member we will review it. If the member has violated our rules we will either warn or delete the member, depending on the severity of the complaint and other complaints we may have received about that member.

Our staff will do all they can to resolve the difficulty. If our staff fail to satisfy your concerns then please use the Contact Us form to request a refund.

  • Consider the appropriate form of redress whenever necessary.
